TAKUMA KINOSHITA
Takuma is a master’s student at the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley. His research interest is infrastructure policy, especially transportation and disaster mitigation. Takuma has five years of work experience in Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. He earned a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Osaka University in Japan.
